Roadway Sealing
Supreme-Metro Corporation has been contracted to Seal Coat & Linestripe your community. This is scheduled to begin on, Tuesday July 12th 2011 (weather permitting). Should weather cause a cancellation of work for any day(s) this schedule will be altered by one day (i.e. Tuesdays schedule will become Wednesday’s schedule etc.)
Enclosed please find a copy of a colored map outlining which section of the community will be done on which days.
Day 1 – Tuesday July 12th 2011 (BLUE)
Day 2 – Friday July 15th (RED)
The following information is provided and must be followed:
- Please do not walk on Roadways/Driveways when they are wet, and for 3-4 hours after they are sealed
- No pets should walk on the Roadways/Driveways for 3-4 hours after work has been completed.
- No kids should ride/roller blade, etc. for 12hrs after work is completed.
- Product will stick to shoes/feet/pets and be tracked into homes/sidewalks (association/contractor will not responsible).
- No strollers to be walked on roads/driveways for 12hrs after completion.
- There will be no trash pick-up when your street is done and 48hrs after.
- No MAIL/UPS/FEDEX deliveries when your road is being worked on (unless courier walks delivery to residence).
- No move in/out on the day your road/driveway is serviced.
- No deliveries, furniture or other will be allowed on the roads until day after.
- No service vehicles including your own contractors (cleaning people, lawn people, etc.), until 48hrs after completion.
When your Section is completed, you will not be able to drive on it until the contractor has removed all barricades (approximately 48hrs). You will, therefore, need to have all vehicles removed from your parking areas & garages by 7:30 am on your Scheduled day. Additional Parking during this time will be available in the other section of the Community not affected those days.
There will be no vehicular mail delivery or garbage removal to these sections. Once the Contractor has removed the barriers/caution tape to your section of the Community this will indicate that you may once again drive on. We know that this will be a major inconvenience to everyone in the community. We ask for your cooperation and assistance in making sure that you and your neighbors clearly understand what is required and follow the procedure. Any cars that are improperly parked on the roadways/driveways on the day that this work is being done in any particular section of the community, will cause the vehicle to be towed at the owner’s expense and relocated to another section in the community where it will not impede the progress of this work. Please have your vehicles moved by 7:30a.m. on your scheduled day.
