The Board has recently engaged in a process to review and revise the resolutions of the association. The main purpose of this is to ensure that they are up-to-date, in line with state and municipal laws, and precisely describe the rules that apply.
The main changes are to clarify:

• Propane tanks are not permitted in the community, in line with New Jersey law on storage of propane tanks.
• Satellite dish installation must have prior approval of the board, to ensure that installations do not damage the common elements and do not interfere with the uses of other residents.
